How To Update versions 3.0 and earlier:

Some of the Darn!s have an "Updates" button. Updating this way is automatic, but may take some time. You can also get the update files manually from this page and install following these instructions:

  • Download a file from the list at the right.
  • Copy the downloaded file to the relevant folder. For example, if it is a Darn! Passwords! file, it would typically be copied to C:\Program Files\EmmaSoft\Darn! Passwords!
  • It is always a good idea to make a backup of the existing version of the file before replacing it.

 

Special Note: Always make a backup before applying a fix!
