• Make sure you have the most recent version of the software by running the Updater or visiting our Fixes page.
• Check the FAQ, and the support forum.
• Make sure you can reproduce the problem and jot down the exact steps you took until the problem occurred.
• If the problem persists try reinstalling to a new subdirectory on your hard drive.
• If you still need help email support@darnpasswords.com. Include any pertinent information about your system that may affect the situation. Be as specific and clear as possible so we can help you. Don't just say, "it doesn't work." Please include as many details as possible, including the steps you took, what the program did, is the problem repeatable, and what version you have (the version is in the "About" tab).

• Limited phone support is available for one month after purchase most days M-F from 1-4PM Eastern time.
• We reserve the right to terminate support to users who in our judgment are unreasonable or abusive, or who have system or other difficulties which transcend the scope of this software.
